Free on orders of $35+. Under that, a flat $4.95.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we're US-only for now so we can keep delivery fast.
Returns & Guarantee
The 30-day happiness guarantee
If your pet (or you) isn't happy with a product within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. We just ask that the item is in resellable condition with its original parts. Change-of-mind return shipping is on you, and opened grooming consumables (shampoo bars, balms, filters) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Full details: return policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@pawprintoasis.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We'll reply within one business day with next steps.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away — no need to send the damaged one back.

Every pet is different. Start on the gentlest mode with treats nearby, keep sessions short, and stop if your pet seems uneasy.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't shipped yet, absolutely — email us as soon as possible. Once it's with the carrier, we'll help you with a return instead.
